I understand that the submissions should be in the form of photographs, properly labeled as to title, size, medium and material (2 exhibits required).  I will enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope if I wish to have my materials returned.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

        Artists accepted for inclusion will be assessed a one-time participation fee of $65.00 used, in part, to fund an aggressive marketing campaign   Each sale shall be negotiated privately between the artist and the buyer.  The artist shall maintain possession of all listed art objects and shall be responsible for shipping and transit insurance charges on all sales transactions.  The MDM Register is designed to be an evolving list of extraordinary emerging artists.  In order to continually improve and update our listings, an artist's ongoing inclusion in the Modern Day Masters Project is subject to an ongoing review of artwork.

       A listing in Modern Day Masters in no way implies an exclusive agreement for representation between the participating artist and D.A. Baranski & Co.  Any future business relationships between listed artists and D.A. Baranski & Co. or its related divisions, Baranski Publishing Company and Baranski and Associates Advertising and Public Relations can only be initiated through a separate contractual agreement.
